Hi, my loves. Happy Tuesday! As you know we are apparently approaching the end of summer. And for those that are not familiar with the change in seasons, not to worry I will explain. I currently live in the United States; to be specific in New Jersey. Here, we have 4 different seasons each year. And they are Autumn (Fall), Winter, Spring, and Summer.

Autumn (or fall) fully starts September 23rd.

Winter begins December 22nd.

The first day of Spring is March 20th.

And Summer June 21st.

I hope I am accurate with the dates as they can slightly change each year on the calendar. My favorite season is Spring. However, I also adore the idea of Fall and summer.

I have a sensitive body and on top of that my blood pressure is low. My feet and hands are the coldest during winter time. I always feel cold. Can’t cope well with a temperature below 75-degrees Fahrenheit. I love a cool and warm environment but moreover, I appreciate the changes in seasons.

FALL: I adore Fall (Autumn) because the weather is cool and calming. Love how the leaves turn yellow-orange and are scattered everywhere. It’s messy yet captivating and beautiful at sight. Also, love the fact that I am able to wear a bit more heavy clothing. Such as sweaters aka jumpers, boots, scarf, etc.. This allows me to explore colors and elaborate my style.

SPRING: I love Spring so much because of how soft and warm the weather slowly changes. The way the rain falls each and every moment is fascinating to me. Fascinated by the dark clouds, the light, and the thunders as they strike. When I listen to it, it makes me feel at peace and alive. Whenever  I have so much in my mind and unable to sleep; I play the thunder rain sounds (10 Hours play) on YouTube. It makes me feel relaxed and immediately puts me to sleep. The rain is my remedy and I love it. Moreover, spring to me is classic. And classic is what I always represent. Also, the flowers it produces are lovely and inspiring.  They bloom and blossom. It’s gorgeous to see and so picture worthy. By the way, flowers are my favorite.

SUMMER: It’s simply fun. Styling in summer is so much easier despite the heat. Tho the heat is unbearable; I love the fact that I can be out and about especially to the beach. I love going to the beach. I wasn’t able to share some bikinis style this year. However, there will be plenty of them next year. I am saving it as I am planning to travel. Can’t wait to share that journey with you.

Anyways, today is 9/11! the national day of service and remembrance. September 11, 2001, was an unfortunate day where a series of four coordinated terrorist attacks by the Islamic terrorist group called “al-Qaeda” against the United States. Two of the planes were flown into the twin towers of the World Trade Center in New York City, killing an estimated number of 2,996  victims. I’m sure we all have been educated on the story behind this date. I was somewhere in Congo when it happened. I was 9 years old and I do not remember what I was doing that day but I can imagine how tragic it was.

It’s amazing how time flys without a warning. We’re already approaching the middle of the month. And before we know it we will be entering 2019. Tho I hate the winter I am so excited about the holidays; Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year. Can’t wait to find out what 2019 has in stock for me. In a nutshell, since time is really not on our side; make sure to live your best life and remember to pray. I honestly don’t know where we’re heading. But before it gets extremely cold again there’s no way I was going to miss an opportunity to style this sophisticated blazer-dress. I love anything blazered. I purposely waited till it gets a little chilly and rainy so that I can style it and get the content I visioned.

The blazer and earrings were purchased on Ali-express. My number one place to shop online for clothing and jewelry only. Shoes are from Aldo. As usual, the links of the available items are inserted below.

I hope you find this post inspiring and somehow enjoyable.

That wraps up this post. Beforehand, I would love to know your 9/11 story. What were you doing that day? if you remember. And what is your favorite season and why? Let me know down in the comment section! Much love.

xo,
